2.   Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the date you receive your shipment to request a return or exchange. Certain item categories may have different conditions or return eligibility requirements.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition as you received it, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, you can contact us using the contact details below and our team will guide you through the process. Return processing may take up to (14) days to be completed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how your package will be collected.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

A return shipping fee applies in all cases unless the return is due to our act.

 

3.   Exceptions and non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories of items cannot be returned or exchanged (including but not limited to personal items, earrings, hair accessories, undergarments, custom-made items, final sale items, and items that have been tried on while the courier is still present). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about any specific item before placing your order.

 

4.   Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photos or additional information to verify the issue before issuing a refund or replacement.

Some items may be eligible for replacement only. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact same product is not in stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged items will not be processed if it is determined that the product was damaged while in your possession.

 

5.   Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within (10) business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than (15) business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the contact details below.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the applicable refund, unless the return is due to our act.
