2. Order Processing
Please allow us 3–5 working days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays) to process your order. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or public holidays.
Our team may contact you to confirm the order details. High-value orders may require additional verification for security purposes.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message with a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping Zones (Domestic Only)
We currently deliver within Egypt only. International shipping is not available at this time.
6. In-Person Pickup
If you prefer to pick up your order directly, please contact us to schedule a pickup time and confirm the pickup location. You will be notified when your order is ready.
7. Product Availability & Split Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and courier delivery schedules.
8. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability:
· Cairo/Giza/Alexandria: 2–3 working days.
· Other governorates: 3–5 working days.
9. Unexpected Delays
Couriers may experience delays due to weather conditions, high-volume seasons, or public holidays. While we aim for timely delivery, such delays are beyond our control.
10. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If an order is returned to us for these reasons, reshipping fees will apply.
11. Changing the Delivery Address
If you need to change the delivery address after the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the courier’s approval and may incur extra shipping fees.
12. Delivery Attempts
If the courier cannot reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping fees will apply.
13. Order Handling
Once your order is handed over to the courier, delivery schedules are managed by the courier. We will assist you in resolving any courier-related issues whenever possible.
14. Order Cancellation
You may cancel any item or order that has not yet entered the shipping process without any additional charges. To request a cancellation, please contact us and our team will guide you through the process. You will be notified when your order is canceled.
15. Order Cancellation Exceptions
If you wish to cancel an item or order that has already entered the shipping process, or if your order contains custom-made products or items that were restocked at your request, you will be responsible for the shipping fees and any additional associated costs.
16. Shipment Packaging
All orders are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition.
17. Inspection on Delivery
We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the parcel appears tampered with, has been opened, or if the order arrives damaged or with missing items, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately while the courier is still at your doorstep, so our team can assist you further.
18. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed and returned to us, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
19. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully delivered. If your shipment is undelivered or lost, please contact us immediately and our team will assist you.
